1. What types of cakes do you make?

We specialise in customised cakes for all occasions—birthdays, anniversaries, rice ceremonies, themed parties, and more.
Each cake is designed based on your theme, colors, and ideas to make your event unique.

2. Are your cakes cream-based or fondant-based?

Our cakes are primarily cream-based, but we use edible fondant for models, toppers, and decorations where needed.
If you have specific preferences, let us know while ordering.

3. How do I place an order?

4. How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 4 days in advance for customised cakes to ensure proper preparation and design time.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, but partially.
A booking amount is usually required in advance, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash upon delivery.

6. Do you deliver? What areas do you cover?

Yes!
We offer in-house delivery (no third-party couriers), using scooters or AC cars based on cake size.

  • Delivery Area: Kolkata and nearby locations

  • Delivery Slots:

    • Small cakes: Between 10 AM to 4 PM only

    • Larger cakes: Available throughout the day by arrangement

7. Do you charge for delivery?

  • Free delivery is available on orders above ₹2000.

  • For orders below ₹2000, delivery charges apply (shared at the time of order confirmation).

8. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are allowed if requested at least one week before the event date.
If any custom toppers or special decorations have already been made, the cost of those will be deducted from the refund.

9. Are your cakes returnable?

Since cakes are perishable and customised, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

10. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We accept bulk and wholesale orders.
