Refund policy

At The Customised, we take great care in crafting your cakes exactly the way you envision. Each cake is handmade, personalised, and prepared fresh to order, which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature and customisation of our products, all cakes sold by The Customised are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy applies to:

  • All customised cakes

  • Cakes with personalised designs, themes, or messages

  • Cakes made for specific events or occasions

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations only if requested at least one week before the event date. If your cancellation request meets this condition, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Important:
If we have already prepared any customised toppers, edible models, or other special components specific to your order, the cost of these items will be deducted from your refund. This is because such elements are made-to-order and cannot be reused.

We appreciate your understanding as we put time and materials into creating personalised items in advance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a cake that is damaged during delivery or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon delivery at:

  • A replacement cake (subject to availability and event timing)

  • Or a partial refund in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion
