• The listed price includes stand rental, complete setup at the venue, and dismantling after the event.
•Our standard service duration — from team arrival to dismantling — is up to 3 hours, covering setup (30-45 mins), minor waiting, and the cake-cutting ceremony.
•If the total time exceeds 3 hours from arrival, an additional charge of ₹500 per extra hour will apply.
•Please schedule the cake-cutting within this time frame so our team can safely collect the stand on the same visit.
• Additional Delivery charges will be applicable depending upon distance from our workshop
